Minor changes, files zipped, A4 pocketmod available.

Very minor text changes were made (see graphic below).

To simplify upload/download, all files were compressed into one zip file, with a README guide to file naming, pmod folding instructions, etc.

Added to the files was a pocketmod file for A4 sized paper (letter was/is the default).

A graphic displaying the actual dice odds was added, for the curious.
